Returns & Damage Policy
Returns will be accepted only if the quantity of broken or damaged tiles exceeds 5% of the total order and is identified at the time of delivery at the site.
If a return is applicable, the customer must provide the following:
Tax invoice
Delivery proof (POD)
Clear images and videography of the damaged tiles
Count of broken boxes
In eligible cases, the damaged product will be taken back, and the value of the damaged quantity will be refunded or replaced, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.
Once the delivery has been checked and accepted at the site, no return requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
All return requests must be submitted only via email to: order@widestone.in
Requests made through verbal communication, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other modes will not be considered valid.
